Haiti counsel says no to rapper-can't run for President!

Haiti counsel has said the rapper singer can't run for President which is good news for Haiti because this tppe person with no policies to benefit Haiti should not be allowed to take over the government when Haiti has so many poor people and now with this earthquake its really an offense to the people of Haiti to have a leader whos income is over 13,000 times greater than that of the average Haitian.
