Stanley Lucas has a plan. I was in Orlando when he presented his plan for Haiti.

He talked in details about his economic priorities and how to address social and political issues facing the country.

His plan is comprehensive with a lots of specifics.

For me Stanley Lucas remained the most qualify candidate for president.

I supported his decision not to run with the current partisan Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) in charge of managing the process.

The CEP is partisan and will change the results of the elections in favor of President Preval party Inite.

They did that last year with the senatorial elections giving Preval party the control of the senate.

Wyclef Jean and the other diaspora candidate should have known that. The only way to organize free and fair elections in Haiti is by the removal of the CEP. With the current CEP there will be no elections in Haiti but rather a selection that will led to total political instability.

At that point will MINUSTAH shoot on the Haitian people and take side with Preval's corrupt government or democracy?
