You are mistaken.

By your trend of thoughts, You, yourself are black.

Blanket statements are not valid.

Yes there is some truth to some of what you said. But you are referring to the CAUSES of why some black nations can't get it together.The very same white people that you are talking about are the very same whites who left those colonized countries in abject poverty financially, emotionally and spiritually.

These countries will get on their feet given the proper guidance and time; and yes with blacks as head of state.

There is nothing innate about governance and leadership.

These attributes are LEARNED behavior.

Black people get a raw deal politically during the last 500 years.

They were introduced to the western world in a very inhuman style (slavery).

It is also true that Africans did not make any efforts to set some rules and regulations as to HOW those new servants should be used and the ramifications thereof if those rules were not followed.

After all, slavery was big business for Africans too.
But, live and learn -- By trial and error, the African Diaspora is doing quite well and will continue to do so. People like you who can't see how far we came from and how far we need to go; that is TOO BAD!
As for President Obama, he inherited those problems from as far back as ex-President Reagan.

If you can't see it, then, you belong with all those parrots who are merely repeated what others said.
