Examining the 2010 elections is by far very fanny.

There are over two plus nine million Haitians and Diasporas.

A- Silent voice by the majority mean yes...

B- Weak voice by the few mean no...

C- Strong voice by majority mean yes...

D- Stronger voice of all mean big caps to YES YES...

So the question is who has the voice of A, C, or D to the next President of Haiti?

What about B?
