There are critical steps that need to be taken, and that is the voice and the support of the Haitian people.

I am fully prepared with God's best, ability, knowledge, and wisdom to give it my best for Haiti; and as we speak I am working around the clock all details of planning to establish a new government by the will of the people of Haiti and for the people of Haiti.

I am ready to go back to Haiti at any time to help my country, but I will not violet principles of orders or to disregard the due process as stated by the constitution of Haiti even though Haiti has no laws and no leadership commander.

Distinctions:

I am a man under authority of my authority to commands with authority and to delegate authority for sustainability of strong leadership.

Notice:

I've always gave exemplars on all of my communications down to details and I've always maintained transparency of leadership since I started five years ago after the last elections.

I will not be hasty in making foolish decisions as a presidential candidate and as President because I need and will need the participation of all Haitians world-wide to come and keep such venture together.

This is "what I am waiting on"
