Big government or centralized government is not part of any of those candidates'agendas in Haiti right now. Haiti will not implement the Chavez's plan and there will be no established communist government in Haiti to implement your plan in the days ahead.

The new government will restructure and it will revise the sales of those enterprises and renegotiate new contracts to make them more efficient while they are aimed to serve the interests of the Haitian people.

We need a responsible private sector to create jobs for Haitians in the days ahead.

The new government will make new laws to come up with a Capitalistic System with a human face on it. The Lula's model will be put in place and there will be no confiscation of any industries at all. Restructuration does not mean confiscation of other's properties rather it simply means this "There is another way to do business or to create more efficient jobs for Haitians and here is the way that our government plans to do it without conflicting with anyoneelse's interests." I am not authorized to talk for the new government, but I would like to clarify those issues for you. The new government will not be put in place to fight against any established businesses in Haiti.

The new order will simply negotiate what is good for the interests of the Haitian people.

The public sector and the private sector of Haiti will seat together and define the new rules so they could establish under a solid partnership a new articulated economic vision to promote the causes of the Haitian people.

The law will be firm and there will be no room for fraudulous maneuvers.

We will not fight and fight will not solve our long time overdue disputes.

Through negotiations and with an open mind good Samaritans will help restore order in Haiti.

I will be part of this new upcoming government, but right now I am not authorized to speak for it. Good luck and there will be another way to conduct business in Haiti...
