Let's be honest with ourselves and ask ourselves this question in this globalized world "Do we have a culture in this globalized world that we can shield against those multinational corporations?"

We do have a culture, but our culture is not immune to those multinational corporations.

How can we shield ourselves to make our values respected?

What can we do to make ourselves respected again?

What kind of constructive dialog that we can engage to make our economic and political elites understand the needs of the Haitian people.

We are all unhappy into the Haitian bureaucratic system.

On one hand, the elites are not happy because the poor always view them as crooks and disgusted people.

Can we continue to let the poor cherish this kind of attitude toward them?

I want the economic ruling class in Haiti to be happy of their wealth and the Haitian people and I also want them to go anywhere in Haiti without being scared for their freedom and security.

That is the kind of dialog that we will engage with them. They are already happy with our plan for solving at least some of the Haitian problems.

On the other hand, our middle class and the poor are not happy because Haiti has been mismanaged for years and it is after all an oppressed country.

We will remove the oppression so we will not continue with the vicious cycle of successive coups d'etats.

We will restore moral order through the implementation of the Haitian laws into the state of Haiti and we will restructure our bureaucratic system.

I do not want to be too long, but let me detail briefly our future plan for the state of Haiti in this globalized economy.

Shortly, we will do the following:

1. We will create a national school curriculum for Haiti and all schools should abide by the authority of the new curriculum.

Both languages will be taught in all schools and they will be manadted in our high school test before one can enroll himself or herself into the university.

We will eliminate the rethoric and philosophy classes.

We will implement a K-12 education style in Haiti and our grading system will be the same like the international schools to avoid injustices against the Haitian students coming from the majority in Haiti.

We will have one and unique school system in the country for all. All public schools and private schools will teach same subjects and we will have all the same knowledge to serve the interests of the Haitian people

2. We will create vocational and technical schools in Haiti for Haitians who do not want to enroll themselves into the university system.

We will provide financial loans and aid assistance to those who are qualified.

3. All Haiti's universities will be transformed into Haiti State Universities and the government will provide aid to all eligible and qualified students.

The private sector will provide loans to qualified students so they can continue their studies in Haiti.

We will call upon the Haitian diaspora with Associate degree, Bachelor degree, Master degree and doctorate degree to come to teach in our new school system and we will provide them some assistance wherever they will choose to stay in Haiti.

Haitians will study in Haiti and our educated system will be respected as well. We will not close schools but we will create a solid partnership with those universities to assist students in needs and we want them to achieve their goals and have a life in Haiti.

We will liberate our educated forces that are being held hostages overseas and Haitians will teach Haitians to save Haiti.

Lastly, we will promote alphabetization campaign to make sure our uneducated masses have at least a minimum to survive.

We will reintegrate the Haitian schools within the international school system.

4. We will reintegrate Haiti's economy within this globalized market corporations.

The government agencies that we will create will not be on the government payroll, but on the private sector payroll through a solid and constructive partnership between state and them. We will be the watchdog, but those government agencies will be operated privately.

If you have taken these classes "Operations and System Management Supply Chain and Management Labor Relations", you can understand what I am arguing about.

Tiba, leadership will be restored through our new management system which we call Capitalism with a Human Face. We will reduce our government size to 3% and we will strengthen the private sector as well. Our economy will be modernized and it will know the three phases of the market economy such as growth, stability and decline.

There will be no such thing economic stagnation or stability for years and years in Haiti.

The Haitian economy will compete with other economies around the world and we will become again a productive force.

Do we have economic resources to do that?

Yes. Remember, Haiti was an agricultural state by vocation and we intend it to be an agricultural state.

We will revive our agricultural system and Haitian peasants will find the assistance they will need to produce foods for Haitians and for other countries as well. Our medicine and our and agricultural system will be modernized and they will be integrated into the international market to compete with others.

We will not produce garbage foods and garbage medicine to sell Haitians.

Now, you can understand how our Haitian rights and human dignity will be respected.

I lived in many advanced countries in South America and I love the way they are doing things to make their countries respected by those global corporations and we will do the same in our new government.

Our reduction of our bureaucratic will involve a lot of changes and many Haitian embassies will be closed around the world for Haiti is not producing anything to keep all those employees under its budget.

That is why we are begging the international for help because we do not produce anything and we have a big government in the country and outside the country as well. We will stop begging.

We will keep 6 embassies open but with less employees under the government budget and our diplomatic system will be computerized to provide services to Haitians in need overseas.

One embassy will be in Washington for North America, one will be in Venezuela for South America, one in France for Europe, one in Japan for Asia, one Northern Africa and another one in Southern Africa.

We will send Haitians in many of the African countries to study and we will encourage them to return to serve Haiti.

We will have continental exchanges and we will create a solid partnership with those countries to help our fellow citizens overseas and I believe some will be glad to do the same with us. We need to prove to the world that we are serious and capable of doing things.

Cultural and educational exchanges will be good for us and them as well. Our passport system will be computerized and those passports will be done in Haiti.

You will argue where we will find money to implement those reforms we will borrow from Haiti's lending institutions and overseas as well. Good governance will bring us back into the international market and we will claim our share back because we will be a productive force not beggars.

6. For taxation, we will restructure the system in creating a new tax plan and taxes will be collected on products and services, but prices will be reasonable and affordable too. We will share the capital gains (profits) with the employers so we can pay for all services that we will be providing to the Haitian people.

Remember, Haitian economic elites are conservative by nature and they do not like direct taxation on them. Well, we will not tax them as they ask but we will share their capital gains to pay for those services.

They argue that direct taxation on producers discourage them to produce and if their market system collapses we may not be able to recover and the international lending institutions may not be able to lend us money again.

The new partnership that we will build with them will encourage them to produce more and integrate the Haitian masses into the labor force again.

We will do it Tiba and we will do it again and things will work for real. This is the kind of constructive dialog that we have with the Haitian elites.

Don't you ever ask why Haiti is called Republic of Haiti and not Haiti per se. Haiti is a republican state by nature, should we eliminate those conservatives in Haiti?

No. We need to listen to them and go by their vision to make Haiti work better.

It is the same system with the democrat people in the U.S., but a little bit different for their vision will not create more rich people in Haiti.

They want the wealth of Haiti to be managed well so all Haitians can get a little bit of the share.

They do not want to see new Haitian billionaires and more social injustices in Haiti, but they good governance mode and they are ready to finance many of our economic and social projects to reduce our dependency from the multinational corporations.

7. We restructure our religious system based on exploitations of the others through their resignation's gospels.

Both religions will be reformed and their practices will be slightly changed to serve all Haitian's economic and spiritual needs.

No religion will have superior authority over another one. The state of Haiti will be separated itself from the churches, but it will still provide assistance to churches in need. A lot of reforms in the Voodoo will be implemented to eradicate Zombie Slaves and restaveks in Haiti.

Our cemeteries will be managed well and all Haitian bodies will be cremated in less than 48 hours after their burial ceremonies and no one will be able to use body parts anymore in Haiti to perform Voodoo ceremonies.

The Voodoo should reclaim its animistic traditions back, and the budhism practices will be again part of the Voodoo as it used to be in the past. We know how to reform and we will do it with no violence but through the implementations of the rule of law.

8. Security: MINUSTAH will leave and new technical public force will be put in place to serve all Haitian needs in time of crisis in Haiti.

9. We will reform our political parties and the Haitian parliament will work under those reforms.

We will have three political parties and all Haitians should be part of those political parties to vote in the new Haiti.

We will finance those political parties and they will be represented in all Haiti's geographical regions in Haiti...

10. We will reform Haiti's administrative and political divisions and weill decentralize the services.

Each region will be autonomous and we will have local governments running in Haiti under a Federal Government with Mole St-Nicolas, La Gonave, Tortuga Island, Isles A Vaches and La Navase as well. Our Federal government will operate smoothly and it oversee all Haiti's operations and our public forces will be all over Haiti to serve all Haitians.

Haiti will be saved ok.
If everything as argued can get done as planned for, we can say for sure that Haiti's redemption will be possible.
