Wow, you really understand Haitian Politics 101. As you said it Haitians need to be serious for other people around the world to take them as serious people.

Haiti has inherited a big bureaucratic government for over 206 years and no one takes drastic measures to solve it. With six regional embassies around the world with little bureaucracy, Haiti will stop begging for real in the days ahead.

With the reduction of the goverment employees from 100% to 3%, we will save a lot of money where corruption will end for real. With only 3% of employees under the Haitian government budget, Haiti will play its role as a General Supervisor to stimulate growth for job creation through good governance.

From 131 political parties to three, Haiti's problems will be solved for real. Since leadership will be restored I will see the need now to return to my country to serve...I commend the restructuration for Haiti.
