According to news coming out of Haiti, it is said that presidential candidate Jude Celestin is the front runner, and more likely to get elected as the next Haiti's puppet president.

We all know that this guy was hand-picked by the most incompetent and mediocre president of the 21st century, Rene Preval, to replace him. As everyone else, I suppose, I've never heard of this guy before until now.
This candidates have no bio on the blog anywhere to check them out except for Charles Baker.

Anyway, how much do you know about Jude Celestin?

Can you tell us a little bit on this guy's background and his government program for Haiti if any?
