I wish I could my friend, but he is unknown to all of us in the Diaspora excerpt to the Lavalas fans. It is sad that Haiti is going that way again.
I am convinced that one of the best qualified and competent political candidates like Mirelande and Baker will prevail.
Jude Celestin is very popular in Port-Au-Pce like Aristide was, but not in the whole Haiti.
He is leading in the slum cities in Port-Au-Pce and that's it. He will not get 67% of the votes like Aristide had in 1991. Manigat is leading in the South, Southeast and Southwest, North West, Central Port-Au-Pce, North and North East of Haiti.
Baker is leading in West of Port-Au-Pce, Plateau Central, Central Artibonite and St-Marc, Petit Goave, Jacmel, La Gonave and Grand Goave, Arcahaie to name a few. I do not see how Jude Celestin will win the presidential election with only the slum cities' votes in Port-Au-Pce. My friend if that happens we should brace ourselves for the worst and the killings will go on...
