That is the problem...Every time we have a guy who spends a few years in power, ccumulating all the wealth in the world---we ask him to leave...without contemplating how we are going to get that wealth back. The solution would rather be let him stay in the country, investigate his overseas account, parade him in front of Television...but no -we always ask him to leave and when he does so, he leaves us poorer than we were and definitely looking more vulnerable as always.

We must have an alternative then we can fill the vacuum.

I was a young University Student when Duvalier left and I was very worried about what would happen next after Duvalier left because I knew then...

we did not have No one and all the ones that I have seen coming right after Duvalier have just done one thing Clear our KOF and gone and I mean all of them.
