Hey Zac,
How's school?
Listen, from I got out of Haiti, Jude Celestin has 18 or 19 children from 8 different women and not married to any of them. His is engaged to Preval's daughter out of convenience, but again, who wouldn't.
Info from Swiss by his close friends, claimed that the DJ, Jude Celestin, is a womanizer who has high taste for nice luxurious cars.
This is the guy some Haitians want to elect as their president.
Remember I said many times before on this blog that Haitians do not elect candidates to public office due to competence, the "know-how" (le savoir faire), wisdom, and maturity, but rather by name recognition and social association.
Sweet Micky was a simple "Entertainer" who borrowed a "persona" that worked for him. He made a name for himself.
And that's what entertainers do. He was not a politician representing Haiti.
He was a Haitian musician representing the Haitian culture through music using a "stage persona".
There were many entertainer Americans who got elected to public office, for example: Ronald Reagan (cowboy actor), Jesse Ventura "Jesse the body Ventura" (WWE westler), Jesse White (football player) ex-US congressman, I could go on and on.
Haitians need to start appreciate and admire Haitians who made it to the top from poverty.
I am not supporting anyone, but I would prefer and feel better to have the presidency goes to either Sweet Micky or Mirlande Manigat, and keep Jude Celestin out.
These 2 are what Haiti has to offer to her people at this very moment.
