I am very surprised that you did not include Fidel Castro.

Although his agenda was somewhat unorthodox for my political view, but Fidel shook up Cuba for 6 decades.

Castro deserves some considerations on the leadership platform.

Too bad that both Francois Duvalier and Adolf Hitler were strong leaders but both were on the opposite sides of positive leadership.

Yes, I do believe that leaders are born not made.
Someone with strong beliefs for the human conditions and a keen view on human motivation.

Someone who has prepared himself/or herself methodically and systematically for the job. Someone who can preach fanaticism but who is NOT a fanatic, Someone who can inspire others to start anew in rebirth style.

No, One can't compare Lula, a true builder and a leader to those Haitians charlatans who are only interested in fattening up their wallets.

Those Haitians "politicians" who do not even know the first step toward true leadership can't be compared to leaders who are truly committed to their cause.
