We keep going in circle on this issue because each of us is talking about 2 different things here.

You keep talking about earthquake that I think is vry important, but I am talking about weather/temperature in Haiti.

I would suggest that you go to Haiti next summer and spend the entire summer there to get an idea of what I am talking about.

As much as building/construction materials must be eartquake resistant, keep in mind there isn't an earthquake occurence daily in Haiti while the hot sun of 110-115 degrees or more is a daily perpetual occurence in Haiti.

I am positive that you plastic will melt in the blink of an eye. But again, I am not an engineer nor a building architect.
