Tom,

You need to go to US consulate office in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to apply/requestthe visa(s).

Welcome to Haitian world!
American people always believe that Haitians can hop on a plane to US legally anytime they want to like those white Europeans do. Americans cannot understand why Haitians have to get on leaky boats risking their lives on high seas to reach Florida Shores.

Americans cannot understand it and refuse to understand it. So, you can now educate these Americans about US policy in Haiti.

Now, you can inform them that skin color and language do dictate US foreign policy, and Haiti is the living proof of such treatment.

Haitians are very black and English is not their native language.

Even Haitian-Americans naturalized citizens cannot get visas to bring their families to the US, imagine somebody who is trying to bring Haitian youths to the US. Tom, it is not more about the petitioner, but it is rather about
the country the petitionee is coming from.

Tom, this is real and not an allusion, delusion, or a tale story.

But I wish you good luck anyway.

Who knows!
