need spy to help haiti

i think haiti should creat a spy agency to help the country stabalize.

spend some money to get equipment to earsdrop or spy on suspicious people.

so that we can prevent coup detat.

hire only trustees for the position, so no-one talk or tells the secrets.

and those that tells should pay a high price.

the agency should only report to the president, and only the president should know who the employees are. should let them spy on all police officers, and government officials for possible corruption.

should punish all those who wish to do harms to our country, or its interest.

i would like to go back to haiti to work for the government.

i have a deep interest in politic.

graduated in criminal justice i would like to use it to help my country
