THAT is the last thing Haiti needs! What threatens Her?

What threatens Her is not cause for an army! Do you know what an army would cost?

The money would be better spent on LOGISTICS! There is no reason why Haiti should not have a modern, economy-building infrastructure! An Army??!! You must be ex- ton ton ot leopard! An ARMY! This is why Haiti continues to suffer! Because of fools like you!
