MOST of the diaspora makes their money in America, right?

I agree that this alone should not propel a nation, but, at this point, is there anything else?

Until the Americans take control of this disaster, Lock, Stock, and Barrel, Haiti cannot move forward.

Sweet Mickey or not, there is no hope unless Haitian Government is restructured in the Western Tradition.
