Duvalier And Aristide Were Great Leaders Until Their Departure

I don't doubt there are good leaders and very well aware on how they become into being.

Francois Duvalier and Jean Bertrand Aristide were exceptional leaders UNTIL they were forced to curtail leadership style or else meaning no foreign aid. The next great leader will go down just as the same until, we Haitian figure out a way to bring our own money to the table.

Same causes, same effect.
