We know that the Haitian Bourgeoisie is a problem for Haiti, but they will never change their attitude if America does not stop to dictating them what to do. They are the elites of Haiti after all so they are the ones to decide about the future of Haiti and not America.

Can Russia dictate to American elites what to do for America?

You will say no. Whether Haiti does not have the know-how or the techonological capabilities to develop its economy that does not mean its elites should be dictated about the future of their country.

As a jurist person myself, the law is the law and it should be obeyed by all whether they are rich or poor. Haitian elites are not poor after all, but they should be respected.

They don't want foreigners to come to their country to tell them what to do. America needs the Haitian elites and its masses to consume its goods after all, but there is a way to negotiate that. America must change its dictatorial attitude toward the Haitian elites and second it must stop siding with the Haitian elites in keeping Haiti's vital forces out (Haitian Diaspora) of Haiti.

America must not cooperate when the Haitian elites ask for overthrowing any government in Haiti.

The same way they don't want to be dictated they have to know how to solve their problems on their own without calling any foreign country for help. Both elites must change their attitudes to break that conspiracy which is very detrimental to the Haitian masses.

Enough is enough, 206 years of pain and that should stop. We can have better cooperation if America can step aside to know that Haiti is an independent country and not its territory.

If they can think it that way, we all will benefit.

I am asking the New Haitian Parliament to vote a new law to end the American Protectorate over Haiti to free Haiti from America and that will be done in the days ahead ok.
