Michel Martelly: 75% of Haitian Administrators Are Thieves

He said 75% of them are thieves, this figure was for the Duvalier's regime and not with Aristide and Preval's administrations.

Actually, the figure is higher as much as 95% of thieves.

If Preval was not a thief himself, he would have fired 95% of them before he leaves power, but that would not be the case as he is the president of Swim or Sink. He will do a cover up and he will never fire them before he leaves.

I wish he could clean the administration by giving pink slips to those administrators before Martelly gets elected.

Here in the United States, any lame duck administration administration does that and the new president is not bound to rehire the laid off employees.

Preval will never do that rather he will leave his thieves to paralyze the new administration.

Many people argue that Preval is not a thief, if that is the case, why cannot he fire those thieves before he leaves office?
