Marge, you blind-sided me on the Alaskan water thing...

I agree that there are better ways to get good water to the Haitians who don't have it. The US Army Corps of Engineers could build a pipeline network from clean water sources to various locations throughout Haiti inside of a year. After all, they built your Presidential Palace.
