Europeans are in the boat as Americans, they are devours of wealth of smaller nations.

Haiti needs to form alliances with Russia and China because they have the technology ready to develop the country in less than five years.

Russia has oil technology, they are the largest oil producer in Europe and recently completed construction of a 621 mile direct pipeline from Russia to China.

Also, Russia and China have recently signed agreements with Cuba to explore its oil, within a month of Cuba discovering its vast oil reserves.

Cuba made a quick move to sign the agreements because Pentagon was eyeing Cuba because they wanted to conjure up an excuse to enter Cuba for the oil.
