Didn't I tell you that I am not going to keep reading that piece of crap that is not worth the paper it is written on?

It seems to me, however, the more you read the less you understand the translation of these articles on the Haitian constipation or constitution.

But, this is how Haitian role. They cannot not admit when they are wrong especially those who are self-proclaimed experts and scholars.

If you and Mirlande believe the Haitian senate is the High Court of Justice of Haiti, so be it! IT IS! who cares whether it is or not anyway?

Only Haitian constitution would have 12 ARTICLES to explain the role, the creation, composition, and term of the Haitian Senate.

This is to prove how this document is nothing but a piece of garbage.

Tell Mirlande that I say she was/is right about the senate being the High Court of Justice.

Case close! no more argument about this boring nonsense topic!
