We are for an army force for my country Haiti.

Because we are a nation like anyother.So, with the Army, other nations will respect us and we can get a better control of our border with the dominican Republic that constitutes for us a real menace at the human rights view. So, president Preval and Aristide never manifest their will for the coming back of our pride like nation that is the Army force.
