There is no double standard of justice in Haiti as you may have thought of it. Both presidents did not directly commit any crimes and again we don't have an organized justice system with good prison facilities to incarcerate executive type of prisoners like Aristide and Duvalier.

We need to rebuild now and there is no need to hold long and delayed trials for any former presidents.

If Duvalier killed people he had killed them as communists and on behalf of the American CIA as located in Haiti.

Who are the criminals?

The ones who gave the order to kill on their behalf or the ones who executed the order?

If the Duvaliers were criminals, then, all Americans are criminals for pursuing those communists in the past.

If Aristide killed some people during his governance it was to please certain members of the Haitian oligarchy like Mevz and Brandt to name a few. Aristide betrayed the Clinton Administration that asked him to privatize the Haitian system to please the Haitian oligarchy.

The United States removed him from power against certain members of the Haitian oligarchy's will. They are the ones who helped him return.

Is Aristide a criminal for pleasing the Haitian oligarchy against the U.S.?

It is time for us to understand the real Haitian core problems or concerns.

To change Haiti, the United States and the Haitian oligarchy need to change their dealing attitude toward the Haitian people.

Both the United States and the Haitian oligarchy are mocking Haitian people and they are both true partners against the Haitian masses.

I hope you understand the equation and silence yourself on Haitian politics.

This is a blame game accusations on both sides and the Haitian masses are the losers.

Let's not be stupid to understand what's going on in Haitian politics 101 ok.
