We should not kill at all. Living in a country where people don't have access to the basic necessities of life is not a sweet pill to swallow and no one can prevent violence from occuring in a such society.

Only 10 percent of Haitians have access to all basic necessities of life and only 1% within the 10% have access to everything.

We cannot tolerate that anymore.

We will launch a national dialog to end this vicious cycle.

The state of Haiti needs to create more jobs in order to redistribute the wealth around.

Haitians educated should go all around the country to teach all peasants and help them with farming activities.

I want the Haitian food importers to become the new farmers of Haiti.

I want the government to provide subsidies to them so agriculuture could be redevelopped again in Haiti.

Haiti needs to redevelop the fishing industry and get full access and control of its sea. All cultivable lands should have water on them and peasants should get access to the water available to them. We need to stop exporting some tropical fruits such as mango, coconuts and avocados to name a few. We need to create new shopping centers and get all those loose street merchants working as pickers, packers, floor replenishers, floor cleaners and floor greeters to name a few. They need to be trained and certified by the state to do those low unskilled jobs.

I will advise Micky several things to do but the Haitian parliament will be the new showdown.

The latter will be a divided parliament with the return of INITE/LAVALAS as a very large group that will choose the new prime minister and other ministerial functions to continue the Duvalierism.

We should ask for the end of the parliamentary system that has failed Haiti in the past 26 years.

We should return with the presidentialism system with a president and a vice president like the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Nicaragua, Guatemala, San Salvador, Panama and the United States to name a few. We should end the European model for it does not work in Haiti.

The Duvalierism model borrowed from Dr. Louis Roy does not work and we should end it.

We should ask for the Stevens Benoit's Amendment on changing the Haitian system to be back for debate in the new parliament to stop the return of those Duvalierists back to power.

Long live to Haiti and good luck to Micky!
