It is very disgraceful to ask Haitians born in Haiti and not overseas to wait 5 years before running for any elective position in Haiti.

Duvalierist Dr. Louis Roy, the author of the Haitian Constipation of 1987, along with the tandem CIA-HATIAN ELITES wrote a constitution to prone exclusion of true HAITIANS living overseas who are supporting those lazy bourgeois for half a century in HAITI.

Veronique Roy, the current concubine of Duvalier should apologize for her uncle's mistakes to prevent us and herself from participating into the Haitian political affairs 26 years.

This article must be taken out and it should be replaced by the one year residency like the UNITED STATES, CANADA and other countries to name a few. People don't need either to own real estate to run for elected offices.

I am a non-believer person i.e. not materialistic and I don't cherish the idea to own real estate anywhere in the world simply I want to serve others like Jesus and many other great masters of the world did before they die.

I don't want to own real estate properties in Haiti and they should allow me the right to serve my country well. The Haitian Constipation should be amended right away to allow a two consecutive terms president like France so Haiti can develop itself.

We must sign a petition and ask Martelly to do that right away. Haiti does not need Duvalierists and CIA agents to dictate us what type of government that we needs to save our country.

We should fix the U.S. political mess in Haiti and save our country.

We will do that and we can do it my friend!
