Toulimen, please we most reconize if a top official fail, he fail period .We are not talking about earthquakes here, as for that, the whole things got us all by suprise.

Started with preval until reaching down to what the so-called Kazak, we cannot say much cause natural desaster don't have a precise time.But all top officials in any country most have control.

Whatever qualification Jean max Bellerive have, he did not perform his duty, skill, talent well to serve the Haitian people.

He failled to reconize Haiti serious problems, he wanted to satisfied himself and Preval only.
He created a mess in travaux public while in charge, donated equipments by foreign countries were sold, money vanishes in thin air like he was Houdini the magician.

People can have great qualification and they cannot resist temptations.

Haiti is full of qualified people, but corruption, power are the problems.

Any other person in Haiti or abroad can be PM?

If not, i suggest all Haitians should put their asses up in the air and heads down like the muslim people and start praying the Almighty for one PM
Very sad, sad.
I don't believe the PM we have now can stay, sorry.
