I wish they could appoint someone real quick because the hurricane season is not far as you have said it. People underneath of those need quick answer and they will not wait after that divided Haitian Congress to appoint someonem May God bless Haiti with this political mess as inherited from those CIA spies in Haiti.

They never stop paying Haitians to create political parties and NGOs. Those CIA spies are charognards and they love the political mess in Haiti.

They don't like to see a united country.
