Dual Citizenship is not carried too much weight!

Many people believe that the dual citizenship passed by the Haitians Parlaiment is not weigh enough for those Haitians with another Nationality who wish one day to occupy a governement function; however, the new law allow Haitians with dual citizenship to vote and hold only post in the Haitian government as Mayor.

At this moment, Haitians with dual citizenship can only vote and obtain the governement job as Mayor.

President Martlely will continue the effort to have a completed amendment of the Constitution which will accept the full participation of Haitians with the status quo to Haiti's political life.
