Bonjour Mr Preval
Would you please intruct the people in the poor communities to be more responsible when it come to having kids.
A family should not keep having babies when it cannot take care of the ones it already has.
When should have a plan to educate the people the people and to distribute condom in certain communities so the kids would have a better life. It will also help the ONG.
