so good morning Mr the president I am astre francois I live in leogane where there is nothing but poors peoples lives in the areas where there is no job no activity at all the darborne usine who suppose o provide year round job for the leogane population nada in the usine we make papers cardboards plus a central of energy to supply the commune with electricity so if we dont talk to our president who suppose to listen to us because the stealers will not listen to nobody but you and you know that haitians dont listen to the oher haitians so you know that so I don see any reason for you to try to tell me what to do and I have done what you tellme about the ONG in the country so those organisations dont do nothing but exploited the poor dammy country where in haiti people dont have no kind of social feeling and understanding of public assistant or legal aide provider only as we say( toute coucou clere pou ge) that I see since I came in haiti in 1994 and I lost my resident in a taptap since then I am here so what ! here I am working at the Mission Reach Out for jesus christ in bino lapointe leogane haiti I have been maried with an American woman live now in Florida SO the reason why I am still in haiti is because haiti dont have no justice as I continue to observe so talk to me I am your friend let's chat together...see you soon and hope to meet you may be next month for details ...francois...astre...
