Hi, good idea but there is one problem.

Those Haitian retirees may not be not patriotic; they don't feel for their homeland.

Of course they should be back teaching at some public lycees.

That would help Haiti tremendously.

I said to my father go back teaching in Haiti, what are you doing just sitting around?

But, they just were born in Haiti, they're not Haitians at heart.
