Roads in the Central Plateau.

Dear Mr. President,

Good Afternoon,

As you are aware of the road conditions in the Central Plateau, could you please tell me about future plans to construct or rehabilitate them. I read the interview you had with the Miami Herald concerning that subject.

I am more concerned about the road from Mirebalais to Hinche since I see that a company is currently working from Morne Cabrit to Mirebalais and France said that there is 50 millions Euros for the road from Hinche to Cap Haitien.
