There is a new definition for Ph.D. according to the "Ajane Dictionary": illogical and brainless.

Ajane, being obviously too blinded by his hatred of Aristide, fails to see (may be intentionally, to get our attention of his pea-size-brain) the well being of the nation and its people that can not be accomplished with a repressive army, particularly made of wild dogs created by the enemies of the nation, that should be subjected to chains, who would do anything to dismantle a democracy.
