I Need a BOKO

I was recommended to post on this blog.

Because a friend of mine is asking me for a good "BOKO" or "Ougan" in the U.S. I am a kind of person who only believes in "My Bible, my Rhum Barbancourt and my "Carib Beer".

I do not know any "Ougan".

Please If you know one or a website or a phone number, please let me know. I will check his background and make sure he is good prior to refer him to my friend.

Please post your response here. My friend lives in Philadelphia, PA, he would prefer to go to New York or anywhere on the East Coast.
