Dear Mr President
Don't you think that with a system of decentralization, Haiti will be better manage.

In observing and respecting the Constitution, some amendments can be proposed to include those reforms with the approval of the Haitian Congress.

Some thing has to be done for Port-au-Prince, especially I forsee that 10 years from today, it will be impossible to live in Port-au-Prince.

This capital will become more conglomerated, more crowded more unemployed citizens.

Some thing has to be done for the provinces by encouraging people to go back to their city of origins.

The agriculture has to be developped, an agrarian reform has to be considered so the lands could be cultivated on a high level with all kind and diverses productions that can be consumed locally and there after expedited to foreign countries.

That will generate more capital, with that the government will be able to do many things by improving our infrastructures and create more jobs
