They have 55million dollars to build a parking garage in Port-au-Prince but they do not have money for roads, a garbage processing plant so badly needed, or un programme d'alimentation for destitute mothers with children.

What company is getting that contract to build the car park anyway?

Probably a foreign company set-up by one of those EHM's economic gangsters.

The usual bribe is 2million dollars to a fonctionnaire du gouvernement.

One of them got that money somewhere in a foreign bank account.

Follow the money trail if you are truly a journalist and you will discover the traitors.

Preval is a stooge, an alcoholic fool. I know people do not die of prostate cancer.

Perhaps his physical impotence has spread to his brain.

Maybe this might get to him.
