Voting and the diaspora

Considering the majority of the population are uneducated ( 80% ) and the diaspora cannot vote about 1million people, even if they could, it would not make a big difference unless the uneducated ones were prevented from voting.

Then again the ones who would kill and have killed to remain in office would just rig the election.

They manipulate the populace, once they get into office they want to stay for life. People do die from poisons, bullets, bombs, fires, even sclerosis of the liver from too much alcohol consumption these days. They die sooner or later.
