a list of suggestions for haiti's leaders

4. Organize Neighborhood Watch
Make people responsible for the cleanliness and security of their own neighborhoods.

It Cost the government nothing.

Make people do community services such replanting plants and cleaning the streets and collecting garbage.

5. No farm animals in the City
Remove farm animals ad their owners from Port-au-Prince this is our Capital.

They have to move to a rural area if they want to keep those animals.

They have to have an enclosed yard to keep the animals.

The animals have to be fed and checked for rabies and other diseases such as CIV that can enter the human population.

Stop animal abuse.

Those donkeys cannot carry more than their weight.

Their open sores have to be medically treated.

On a recent trip one of our members noticed a bunch dogs and cats in sad conditions.

A lot of the dogs seemed to have enlarged pink eyes. There may be an epidemic going on. No unauthorized breeding.

It's easier to neuter male that female pets. Start removing their testicles.

6. All government employees have to work 7 hours per day, 5 days per week. Find a way to keep tabs on them. Have weekly meetings.

Find out what projects they are working on and what their accomplishments are. Have all Haitian Embassies secure a minimum of 4million dollar contract for Haiti from the country they are assigned to every year to justify their existence.
