IMF International Development Bank's $760 million plan to renovate the Peligre Dam, will the job be given to an American contractor too?

When will Haiti learn not to fall for the World Bank and IMF scams.

I agree Solar energy is the way to go. Why put ourselves in debt for something that will only last 30 to 50 years.
