The Duvalier regime wanted to reign forever; their departure left a big hole in the Haitian society.

This is the reason why there are so many crimes in the country.

The tonton macoutes and the Duvalier are not on power brother.

They are the ones who stop people from walking freely around the cities; they are the ones who are raping people, kidnapping people; sent Aristide in exile and stop the country to go forward.

You better think dipper brother before talking that way.
