Anger is the feeling, the emotion that humans have in response to frustration or injury.

There are different types of anger.

1. Latent Anger is anger that has been repressed to an unconscious level.2.Manifest Anger is very obvious Anger.

Manifest anger can be transient or chronic.

Transient anger is normal appropriate emotion and dissolves in a short space of time usually.

Chronic anger however can be Pathological: it can contribute to physical illness, People with chronic anger are Impatient and they are Verbally aggressive most of the time. It can be Excessive: for instance the response out-weighs the issue (over-reaction)and Irrational.

Men have stronger physiological reactions to frustration than women.

These are some of the causes of anger:
Relationship problems:Family problems:
Compatibility with partner/friends Conflict within family
Money issues Problems with parents/children
Feeling dissatisfied in your relationship(s)Conflict with partner/friends Responsibilities being avoided/Bereavement, separation or loss /Unresolved issues from childhood/ Workplace problems:Health problems/illness
Unrealistic & unachievable targets being set/ Feeling unwell regularly
Bullying or harassment Feelings of lack of control/
Conflict with work colleagues or managers Lack of understanding/Working too many hours/Poor communication/Disputes over pay and work conditions/ Limited support at work/Too few staff to cope with workload/ Pressure from work.
