Grogren; your post was very enlightening.

It never occurred to me until you mentioned it that the insecurity in Haiti could be manufactured.

But after your very clear analysis, it not only seemed realistic that the Haitian government or the US government could be at the root of this problem, but it became clear to me that in fact this problem could not really exist if one of these two forces did not want it to exist.
