Haitian leaders do not even know how to created jobs, nor see the need to build the necessary roads and infrastructures to attract commerce let alone build artificial islands for resorts.

They are not even taking advantage of all those outer islands that they do have to develop a tourist industry.

Why don't you kids go study.
