What are the measures must HAITIAN politicians take to ensure that the Human Rights of other fellow Haitians are respected in the Dominican Republic?

A LATIN-AMERICAN PRESIDENTIAL SUMMIT RECENTLY TOOK PLACE THERE RIGHT NEXT TO US AND THERE WAS NO VOICE FOR HAIT AT THE SUMMIT, MUCH LESS HAITI WAS NOT EVEN INVITED EVEN THOUGH HAITI IS ONE OF THE LATIN-AMERICAN COUNTRIES.
