it absurd that we are functioning with a constitution that has almost absolutely nothing to do with the development of our country.This constitution did not work in the pass, it is not working the present and there is, in fact, no reason to believe that it will work in the future.

If we consider the current context of global development, the debate over immigration and globalisation we will need to ask ourselves what are the real objectives that we want for our nation.

Every nation on earth has a diaspora which constitute a dialectic between itself and a wider or equally established economy.Haiti's livelihood is mainly established or sustained by the input of its diaspora.

What is haiti without the diaspora?

Let us consider that the majority of Haiti's best minds has left the country and represent haiti global hope.Yet we have a parliement that concentrate its time to debate the exclusion of haitians who have embrassed the developed world in the course oftheir lives to the point of forcing them to resign from their active participation in the forward movement of Haiti.

The United States which is Haiti's biggest donnor is built on immigration.

Who ever is qualified, regardless of his or her ethnic ties is welcome to participate in the maintainance of its development.

Haiti at this point should be open to accept any qualified world citizen to participate in its development.

We reject BOULOS for his US ties but we embrass MINUSTAH which believe it or not is a part of our government.

my theory is that Haiti should be open for qualified, dignified and respectable input for its development.

We have a bunch of corrupted fellows in Haiti who have shown clearly that they cannot move the country forward.They have failed repetedly due to corruption, lack of vision, lack of qualification and neglect.

they have failed to captivate the symphony of the haitian people's cry for change.

they have made it almost impossible for the haitian people to dream.Yet they are making it impossible for the diaspora to inject some blood in the national hope vessel.
