It seems to me you are the one who knows nothing about Haiti or think that you do; but still do not.

It is easy to label your own view with the false pretentious attitude you already have toward Haiti yourself.

Now, I do not practice Vodou nor am I against those who do. Blaming the country's problem on Vodou could not have been any more Childish on your part. Let me ask you something.

Before slaves were brought to all regions of the World, what was their religion and way of life?

Now, if someone have come to accept Christianity as their religion due to their own epitheny (however it is spelled) and direct connection with God, I say fine. However Christianity and the bible was thrown at you by Europeans conquerors who wanted to give you a form of Education to still keep you bonded.

Yet those so called christians enslaved you and thought of you as less than a human and killed with that same Christian Faith.

Vodou which you seem to know nothing about in many aspects is not considered a Religion but some have embraced it as one. None or nevertheless, Vodou was culturally a way of life to African much like the Native Indiginous (Indians) had their way of life but were claimed by the white men as Devil Worshipers.

My dear friend, I may not know your religion nor do I care to know; but before you want to place and shift the blame of Haiti's condition on Vodou and denigrat your own brothers and sisters ad illiterate people get a hold of the true history of your african ancestors first, otherwise you are not being part of the solution but surely adding to the problem.

However, you are subject to your opinion which I would say much love to you my "anyhow, somehow" compatriot.
