Even the Armed Forces that Haiti had prior to when former President Aristide had disbanded was created by the US to even include The Armed Forces that existed during the former ealier presidents such as Faustin Soulouque, Phillip Guerier and others like them countrystudies.us/haiti/16.htm

So in other words and retrospect to that, Haiti never actually had an Army besides the one during early Haiti days of Toussaint and Jean-Jacques Dessalines' Indygen Army or perhaps lasly during Boyer's time of ruling of which such Army had succeded where both Dessalines and Toussaint ad failed to secure and reunite both part of the Island of Hispaniola as one countrystudies.us/haiti/13.htm

As part of the missions of the USA, although a brutal experience period of time for both Haitians and Americans Marines, has always been to establish some level of rebuilding effort in those particular countries they have ever invaded, occupied or intervened into so that those countries would not be needing the help or interventions of former rivals Russia or Germany if they are indeed stable politically and economically; to say the least or either fortunate or mere accidental coincidence, Haiti was one of those countries to have benefited from Occupational development of the United States.

Then you had the period of both Duvalier regimes countrystudies.us/haiti/17.htm which were in many ways a possible chance for Haiti to have gained economical prosperity and to have been able to have made a name for itself; but however, due to greed and selfishness once again this had resulted and recorded in the History of the Nation as the worse Haitian Political and Governmental failures that the country had ever faced and is still suffering from it until this very present day. countrystudies.us/haiti/18.htm Thus the reality of Laziness and Cowardliness that exist and which has been proven that not a particular effort had taken place by the Haitian people and its Government to achieve self-sufficiency, political and economical prosperity and stability in the Country.

Thus to lastly stress and conclude, the recorded history of Haiti have yet to show a single time where the country have ever start any developments, infrastructural construction progress on its own without having it being the work of either Earlier Colonization of France or Later Occupying Foreign Forces of the US and teh work or Foreign Ethnic groups countrystudies.us/haiti/
